Refund & Return & Exchange

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items that are returned without prior approval.

Damaged and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and purchase a new one once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to the above, if your item is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel your order or return your item within 14 days without reason. As noted, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
